Payment Policy

This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to payments for products and services offered by Dema Group. By placing an order or engaging our services, you agree to comply with the payment terms described below.


1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments through the following modes:

  • Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)

  • UPI Payments

  • Cheque (subject to clearance)

  • Cash payments (where applicable and permitted by law)

2. Pricing and Quotation

All prices provided are based on quotations shared via email, WhatsApp, or official communication channels. Prices may vary depending on customization, quantity, material costs, and applicable taxes. Quoted prices are valid only for the duration mentioned in the quotation.


3. Advance Payment

Certain products and services, including customized aerosol spray paints, epoxy flooring projects, and powder coating equipment, may require partial or full advance payment before order confirmation or service initiation. The advance payment amount will be clearly communicated at the time of order.


4. Balance Payment

The remaining balance amount, if any, must be cleared as per the agreed payment terms—before dispatch, during delivery, or upon service completion—depending on the nature of the order and mutual agreement.


5. Taxes and Invoicing

All applicable taxes, including GST, will be charged as per Government of India regulations. A valid tax invoice will be provided for every transaction upon receipt of payment.


6. Payment Confirmation

Orders or services will be processed only after payment confirmation is received. Dema Group shall not be responsible for delays caused due to late payments or bank processing issues.


7. Refunds and Cancellations

Payments once made are generally non-refundable, especially for customized products and services. Any refund or cancellation request will be handled as per the applicable refund or cancellation policy, if agreed upon in writing.


8. Failed or Delayed Payments

In case of delayed or failed payments, Dema Group reserves the right to:

  • Hold or cancel the order

  • Delay service execution or product dispatch

  • Take appropriate action as per agreed business terms


9. Policy Modifications

Dema Group reserves the right to modify or update this Payment Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
